Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility
Products can be returned within 7–8 working days from the date of delivery.
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with tags, packaging, and invoice.
Products that show signs of damage, wear & tear, or tampering will not be eligible for return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details.
Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange pickup where available.
Once the product reaches us, it will undergo a quality check to ensure it meets the return conditions.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed after successful product verification.
Prepaid orders will be refunded directly to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit as per customer preference.
4. Important Notes
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
In case of a defective or wrong product delivered, we will provide a full replacement or refund, including shipping costs.
