1. Delivery Timelines

Orders within West Bengal are usually delivered within 1–2 business days.

Orders to other states in India are delivered within 4–5 business days.

Please note: During special promotions, festivals, or sale events, order processing and delivery timelines may be slightly extended due to higher order volumes.

2. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: Free shipping + ₹100 OFF as a special discount.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Standard shipping charges apply (will be visible at checkout).

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your shipment.

4. Additional Information

Delivery timelines may vary for remote or out-of-service locations.
